Spinning

Spinning is my new passion the last few weeks. That is Spinning in the fitness sense!

I've been getting myself out of the bed early these mornings to hit the gym for the 6.45am Spinning Classes. What a great way to start the day. I am beginning to get a real buzz from it. Now if only I were spinning yarn.... I'd be reeling out hanks by the dozen at the rate I am pumping the pedals during my Spin Class.

My weight has dropped by about 4lbs.... not sure yet if that is just water loss or a fat loss.

I have committed myself to a 200 ab crunch routine everyday for the next month to see if I can redefine my waist.

I will be a fitter knitter! I will be a fitter knitter!

Wow, you're makin' me feel tired! Hmmm I can see the connection between my recent 2 weeks in Brittany (yes, it rained all the time) and the 5 or so lbs I've put on!

Hmmmm.

I'm putting a walking schedule on my summer list. See you soon!

Hi I found your info on ravelry and then you mentioned the spinning! I have recently moved back to Ireland from california and was a spinning instructor there. I have a bike here at home and use it three times a week I am 38 weeks pregnant and it is the only excercise that gets my heart rate up safely while this big. And it is good for the psyche. My husband notices the days I have been able to spin and those I am just looking out at the rain!
When I taught class I loved it just because anyone can do it - you can make the class as intense as you need. Keep up the good work
PS love you knits too
